The Snip and Save program is dedicated to controlling the overpopulation of rescue and shelter animals. We provide low-cost veterinary care to 501(c)3 organizations, shelters, and underserved communities.  Appointments are available in Rock Hill for rescues and shelters. Dates for community services will be posted on our Facebook page.
